The shipping method for your order will be at the discretion of OZ Pool Supplies however where possible we will endevour to ship the order using the method selected by the customer.

If you must have your order delivered by a specific carrier please add a note to your purchase at the time of ordering.

Delivery Information

We use both Amarex Couriers and Australia Post to dispatch most of our orders. Delivery times are given as a general guide only.  Please note that in peak season ( December/ January)  or where a public holiday falls there will be longer delivery times especially in the two weeks prior to and the two weeks after Christmas.

Please note that weight is calculated on the cubic weight of the item.

PLEASE NOTE: PO Boxes are accepted for smaller items that can be sent via Australia Post - however our couriers can not deliver larger parcels to a PO Box - Where possible please provide an actual street address.

Oz Pool Supplies cannot be resposibile for delivery times once your package has been sent.
