We are here to help and we will do our best to trouble shoot with you over the telephone, as in some cases there is a genuine reason why your product may not be working correctly. Once all the trouble shooting has been tried we will then ascertain whether we need to lodge a warranty claim for you or whether as in the case with Zodiac you can lodge the warranty yourself online.
If troubleshooting is not carried out and the technician arrives to find it is not a product fault but something to do with your equipment or installation they may charge you a service call, again this is standard practice for everyone. Please make sure that your receipt is from oz pool supplies as there are a number of companies out there that are trading under similar names. Our invoice clearly states our name, address, ABN number and contact number. you will always receive a copy of this via email (where an email has been provided).
Please be aware goods sent with instructions to leave and not signed for are at customers own risk and can not be claimed as damaged goods against ozpoolsupplies or the courier. We ALWAYS recommend goods are signed for and inspected upon delivery, and if a box or packaging is damaged it is noted on the couriers delivery docket.
